ABOUT Teddy Johnson
Hello, my name is Teddy Johnson.
I founded the Precious Metals Depository Group of Financial solutions companies. I've written several books about my life experiences. I have received rave reviews from people who have changed their lives with this information.
I was born in Johnstown, PA in 1952 a coal mine and steel area. The poverty was so prominent, it seemed perfectly normal to settle for little. Mediocrity is considered high handed dreaming in my home town. I acquired the habit of reading everything in sight at a very young age. The library of Johnstown, PA saw a lot of me! My Mother pressed me for great (good is not enough) grades and performance on the baseball/football field.
Exploring the library at a young age taught me illiteracy and poverty are NOT normal and I certainly could do something about it. I ran across Earl Nightengale, Zig Ziglar, Norman Vincent Peale, Dr., Rev. Shuller and Napoleon Hill at a very young age. I read their works over and over again!
As a young employee at Westinghouse Electric Co. I was subjected to the feast or famine life style of the Engineering field. During these frequent lay offs, I started a Consultant business working with direct sales companies. No one would hire me! I changed my offer to:
- I will double your present sales volume with my materials.
- No money required up front.
- No results...No pay.
- I charge 50% of the Sales Volume over DOUBLE your present volume.
Amazing things began to happen. I was able work with direct sales organizations all over the East Coast. The money was waaaaaaaaaaaay over my Westinghouse pay checks! I was force retired from Westinghouse at age 49. I started Teddy Johnson Youth Club in 1984, Precious Metals Depository in 2002. Leveraged Gold Club in 2007. The concept is to 'consult' with my own companies rather than build other people's businesses.
I am close with my 'baby' sister. She has seen my adventures for years. Finally, she remarked, "you should write a book." Well, since then, I've written several books about my 'adventures.' Basically, All my books discuss the PRINCIPALS that determine why certain marketing materials work.

I borrowed, purchased and studied over 10,000 books-cassettes-CDs-videos and DVD's on marketing, sales, motivation, business, franchising and the science of human achievement. I have read and studied over 500 biographies of successful men and woman from all walks of life. I have attended every motivational-inspirational seminar within 1,500 miles of my home. I have interviewed the marketing executives, salespeople, accountants, lawyers, CEO's, CIO's, CFOs and founders of hundreds of companies. Small, Medium, Large, from the new to the old.
